After they installed the entire AC system it didn't work. So back they came to fix it. Then when the thermostat stopped working now a year later, they wanted $81 for the service call UNDER WARRANTY!!!! No one has ever charged me a service fee for warranty work. I hired someone else who only charged $62 total to fix the thermostat, which included a new thermostat. So A-1's warranties are worthless (as are their thermostats that only last one year). Also, they refused to provide me with a copy of the warranty! They said it was in their "system." DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! There are far more honest companies out there.
